Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a busy HR environment.
- Degree in Human resources. CHRP (K) an added advantage.
- Ability to observe confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR and office administration.
- Policy formulation.
- Labour and industrial relations.
- Performance management.
- Calendar and schedule management.
- Change management
- Performing other duties as directed.
Duty station: Nairobi
Anticipated start date: Immediately.
