Responsibilities
Service and Sales
• Welcome and greet customers in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Keep up to date with product information
• Checking daily display of the store merchandise
• Giving feedback to the Director concerning customers complains and compliments.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly store cleaning procedures.
• Carry out Physical Stock Inventory weekly and monthly
• Analyze customer needs
• Get actively involved in the receiving and verification of new shipment
• Keep track of customer flow and feedback
• Any other duty assigned by management
Qualifications
• Proven work experience of 2 years as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role preferably worked in a uniform shop
• Understanding the retail sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• CPA 1 and 2
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
